A WESTY pub could be replaced by new homes under plans by a building company.
Briden Homes Limited has submitted plans to demolish Manor Lock Pub and Club, which is on the corner of Westy Lane and Grange Avenue. In its place would be 14 new developments. The proposals have been submitted to Warrington Borough Council.
