SHOPPERS at Riverside Retail Park are facing queues of up to 40 minutes just to leave the car park.
Long tailbacks are stretching along Wharf Street and through the retail park as a broken down car is blocking a lane at the traffic lights leading on to Bridge Foot.
One stranded motorist said it had taken them 40 minutes to reach the traffic lights from the car park.
