ST ELPHINS are joint top of Warrington Public Parks' Bowls League Division One after their 207-142 defeat of Penketh Park.
Danny Watson, 21-5, and Mike George, 21-7, were the best winners for Saints, while H Pickering gave Penketh their only win with a 21-18 card.
Early pacesetters Victoria Park 2nd are also joint top despite slipping to a 134-185 home defeat to Stockton Heath.
J Ackerley was the top winner, 21-7, while Ray Nevins was the top home winner, 21-14.
Daresbury Labs scored a 180-161 victory at Victoria New Town with D Burton, 21-11, impressing and Alan Brettle, 21-6, replying.
