THIS is the serial flasher police are hunting after a spate of exposures to young girls.

The offender, who is always dressed in running clothes, has struck at least 11 times around the Birchwood and Padgate areas, each time exposing himself to school children.

The last incident happened on Broak Road, Birchwood, at 8.45am on April 23, the earliest exposures date back to July.

A spokesman for Warrington police said: "He stopped jogging and walked towards the girl and smiled and stuck out his tongue.

"When she smiled back, he just pulled his shorts to one side and exposed himself."

The girl was left shaken but was not injured.

The spokesman added: "Each time he goes out jogging and catches the attention of his victim. He pulls his shorts to the side before running away."

The man is in thought to be aged 27-30-years-old and 6ft tall with a skinny build. He has a pale complexion with short, dark hair and a long thin nose as well as being clean shaven.

Police say he has a skinny angular-shaped head.
