A single-storey extension at 51 Bembridge Close, a two-storey extension at 45 Mayfair Close, a rear conservatory at 14 Belmont Crescent, an extension at 176 Liverpool Road, a rear conservatory at 21 Lytham Close, a single-storey extension at 30 Lindsworth Close.

A single storey rear extension at 9 East Avenue, a proposed gazebo to the front entrance at The Woodlands Pub in Liverpool Road, a single-storey side extension to 85 Birdwell Drive and a single-storey rear extension to 6 Denham Avenue.

In Penketh: two semi detached houses and one detached house on land between 40 and 50 South Dale, a first floor dormer over a garage at 26b Station Road, and a rear conservatory at 51 Manston Road.
