TRADERS' are regularly calling at homes in Park Road in Great Sankey, a recent Sankey North Community Action meeting heard.
One resident said traders had called several times to her and her mother's home offering to do block paving, even stepping past her into her back garden.
CSO Steve Dodd said leaflets about cold callers and bogus callers could be picked up at the meeting, which was held in the Tim Parry Community Centre, as the problem increases during the summer months.
He also appealed for people to become homewatch volunteers.
