SHOPPERS enjoyed a UK first at the weekend as Golden Square unveiled a virtual fashion catwalk.
Models danced on life size digital screens outside the Debenhams store for the launch of the spring and summer GS Fashion Collection.
Ian Cox, Golden Square director, said: “We wanted a real head-turning, stop up in your tracks virtual fashion show, and that’s what we’ve got.
"It was great seeing the reaction of people in the centre."
Until May 24, models will be screened dancing, posing and showing off the latest catwalk trends on offer at Golden Square on five bespoke 6ft high digital screens for 15 minutes before they click their fingers and change their look.
