BERYL LEYLAND
BERYL Leyland, wife of William Leyland, died of pancreatic cancer on December 27, aged 78.
Mrs Leyland, of Ryfields village, formerly of Howley, was born in Bewsey.
She enjoyed pottery, card making and cooking.
At Ryfields she ran a bingo club with her husband for 11 years until ill health.
Mrs Leyland leaves her husband, a daughter, two sons and six grand children.
A celebration of her life was held on January 15 at Walton Lea, followed by cremation.
Celebrant was Malcolm Kindon.
