WARRINGTON'S Irish community came together on Sunday for the town's annual St Patrick's Day parade.

Leaving from the Irish club on Orford Lane, the parade goes to Bridge Street for a short service at the memorial to the Warrington bombings.

Friday is the 22nd anniversary of the IRA attacks on the town in 1993.

Council leader Terry O'Neill, Mayor Cllr Ted Finnegan and Rev Stephen Kingsnorth were among those taking part in the parade.
