Met Office issues warning for snow and ice
THE Met Office has issued another yellow warning for ice and snow, which is due to come into effect from 6pm this evening.
The warning stays in place until 10am tomorrow as further heavy, wintry showers are expected overnight into Tuesday.
Ice will be an additional hazard and motorists are advised to be aware of 'tricky' travel conditions, particularly during the morning rush hour.
