FIREFIGHTERS had to give a man first aid after a small fire inside a microwave on Sunday.
Crews were called to the blaze on Troutbeck Avenue in Bewsey at 2.20pm but found the flames had already been put out when they arrived.
A Cheshire Fire spokesman added: "Firefighters gave first aid to one male casualty and an ambulance was requested to attend.
"The fire crew then conducted a home safety assessment at the property."
It is not thought the man was seriously injured.
