The City Link depot in Appleton will close next week
PARCEL delivery company City Link has announced its Appleton depot will close next week with further job losses announced.
Eight of the remaining ten staff will be made redundant by next Thursday, bringing the total number of redundancies in Warrington up to 113.
The remaining two members of office staff have been retained onsite while the closure process continues.
Administrators have now made 2,586 redundancies nationwide.
Many employees were made redundant on New Year's Eve after City Link went into administration on Christmas Day.
Union bosses have urged an investigation into the company's collapse.
