MR MIKE MAHER
MR Mike Maher, husband of the late Mrs Pat Maher, died of myocardial infarction on September 28 aged 74.
Mr Maher, from Westy, was employed as an orderly at Warrington Hospital and later became a firefighter at Warrington.
He was a Labour party member for many years and was a Warrington Borough councillor for Westy. He was involved in setting up the Warrington Credit Union. Mr Maher enjoyed eating out and family holidays.
He leaves three sons, six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a brother and two sisters.
