HEROES in a half shell, Peppa Pig and a minion all turned out for this year's children’s sponsored Lantern Walk raising cash for St Rocco’s Hospice on Sunday.
Families completed the one mile walk around Orford Park in their best fancy dress carrying small lanterns to light their way around the route
Alison White, clinical lead at the hospice, said: “We are delighted that so many people turned out to support St. Rocco’s Hospice at our first ever Lantern Walk.
"We expect to have raised over £10,000 and would like to send a huge thank you to all the children and their families who took part to help raise this money.
"After the success of this year and the fantastic feedback we have received we are already looking forward to next year’s walk.
"We would also like to say a big thank you to all the amazing volunteers who gave up their time to help create such a special evening for so many.”
