A 15-YEAR-OLD budding pop star is calling on the town to get behind her bid to find fame.
Georgia Williams, of Malborough Crescent, Stockton Heath, is in with a chance to make the line up for Manchester's first girl band.
The Grange High School pupil was chosen as one of 10 finalists in the Key 103 competition.
After impressing judges by singing Beggin' by Madcon and tackling a dance session Georgia is now relying on the public vote to get her through to the four-strong band.
To vote for Georgia visit key103.co.uk/girlband and select Georgia's name.
The vote closes on Monday.
