PLANS to demolish part of the back hall of a Grappenhall church and replace them with two houses have been submitted.
The scheme, lodged with Warrington Borough Council, would see part of the hall at Grappenhall Independent Methodist Church on Knutsford Road knocked down.
Two semi detached homes would be constructed by Foden Estates in its place.
The plan has already agreed, but the construction company is asking for conditions governing landscaping to be removed.
