A DISLOCATED knee, breathing problems and a person fitting were just some of the calls ambulance crews had to deal with at Creamfields this year.
A North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) spokesman said eight people had to be taken to hospital during the August bank holiday weekend festival with the majority of calls being drug-related.
A woman in her 20s was taken to Warrington Hospital after an assault while crews also had to deal with festival-goers with respiratory problems.
A spokesman added: "At Creamfields medical cover is provided by two private providers.
"NWAS supply a vehicle for patient transfers to A&E and managerial support to the event.
"There were eight incidents where patients have been taken to hospital while a number of others were treated on site."
Last week the Warrington Guardian reported two deaths had been linked to the festival in Daresbury but both occurred outside of the site.
