Blue badge pictures can be taken at Contact Warrington
APPLICANTS for blue badges or concessionary travel applications can now benefit from a new service at Contact Warrington.
For £3, residents can have their photographs taken for these applications in the centre on Horsemarket Street. The council says that this will reduce the time required to process the application and avoid inconvenience if the photograph is rejected.
Clr Hitesh Patel, executive board member for personnel and communications, said: “As a council we are committed to delivering a quality customer service.”
Providing it meets the required standard, residents can still provide their own photograph if they would prefer.
