ORGANISERS of Disability Awareness Day are on the hunt for more volunteers to offer a helping hand to make sure the day goes off without a hitch.
The annual event, which takes place on Sunday, July 13, is in need of willing helpers to carry out tasks ranging from setting up stalls to helping guests navigate the venue.
All volunteers are required to attend one health and safety briefing at Walton Hall Gardens on Wednesday at 8pm or Saturday, July 12, at 2pm.
DAD is the world's largest not for profit voluntary-led disability exhibition, which is held annually in the grounds of Walton Hall Gardens.
Visitors to the show will find more than 250 exhibitors, which includes equipment suppliers, support groups and services.
There is also a sports zone including scuba diving and an arts marquee with family entertainment.
