FROM breastfeeding to baby clinics and immunisations to illnesses, health visiting staff will be on hand to answer questions on child health on Tuesday at Asda in the Cockhedge shopping centre.

The event is being run by Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Trust from 10am to 3pm.

Julie Dobson, registered health visitor said: “We will have a range of advice available for families on the day on issues such as breastfeeding, protecting children from serious diseases through screening and immunisation, reducing children’s chances of being overweight through healthy eating and exercise, improving children’s dental health and making sure children are prepared for school.”
