A 38-YEAR-OLD has been rebailed after being arrested following the death of a cyclist in February.
The man, from Great Sankey, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been bailed until July 12.
A post mortem examination revealed that 47-year-old cyclist Terry Brown, also from Great Sankey, died as a result of a head injury.
The keen cyclist, a member of the North Cheshire Clarion Club, was found injured in Warrington Road, Bold Heath, on February 18.
