REFUSE workers and the borough council have another meeting tomorrow, Friday, over the ongoing contract dispute that led to a one-day strike in October.
The environment services department took action after the council brought in new contracts to modernise' the service.
However, neither party was keen to discuss how the talks were going.
Unison said it would not comment ahead of the meeting.
And a spokesman for Warrington Borough Council said: "The meeting is just one of the normal meetings they have as part of ongoing discussions and job descriptions are on the agenda.
"We cannot say what might happen on any of the agenda items until after a meeting."
