COUNCIL leader Ian Marks has vowed that the Town Hall will improve bin collections for next Christmas.
Many of the town's recycling sites were full and bin collections were cancelled during the festive period.
At Tuesday's meeting of Lymm Parish Council, he said changes would be made.
