A DISCOUNT card for the town's attractions and activities tops an action plan released this week.
Members of the borough council's executive board agreed improvements for Warrington's cultural and leisure services on Monday.
The action plan also includes the introduction of a summer activities programme for children, lifelong learning for adults and ways to make the arts more accessible.
The scheme is in response to a poor inspection last year which highlighted rooms for improvement in the service.
Clr Roy Smith, the council's executive member for community services, said: "I am excited by this plan and believe it sets out clear priorities for cultural services in Warrington over the next three years.
"A town's cultural life is crucial. From the Warrington Wolves to Lymm Festival, cultural activity helps to shape the development of our town."
