POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a dog attacked another dog in Bank Park.
Officers from Warrington Town Centre NPU say a woman was walking with her pet, an Alsatian-Border Collie cross, close to the Town Hall.
It was then attacked by another dog, a golden retriever, being walked by a man in his 20s, with short hair.
Police say the cross breed dog was injured during the attack, with the owner, who was wearing a long lime coloured top, making a complaint.
Both animals were off leads.
The incident happened at 7.30am on April 10.
Anyone with information can call police on 101.
