Get engaged with Warrington Healthwatch

First published in News

HEALTH chiefs are calling on residents to attend their ‘Get engaged’ event next month and find out how they can improve their services.

Warrington Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is giving residents the opportunity to talk with people who provide health and care services across the town on March 19 from 10am to 3pm at Orford Jubilee Hub.

Paul Steele, from Warrington CCG, said: “Our patients are the heart of this organisation and we are very interested in listening to their views and experiences they have had with Warrington health services.

“Together with their help we can use this information to improve health services across Warrington.”

Just stop Doctors surgeries closing (Sankey Medical Center) with hardly any notice. I hope some of the 6000+ patients attend this meeting to show their dissaproval about the way they have been treated.

Im so pleased the CCG are engaging with the public on health issues....well those who don't work, are retired or work shifts! because the majority of the working public (those who the CCG are supposed to be keeping well and in work!!!) views are not being consulted!!

Well done CCG well done!!

I "get engaged" whenever I ring the GP surgery at 8 am to attempt to see a Doctor - does that count?
