FUNDRAISERS have been doing their bit to support Old Hall youngster Jenson Wright after reading his story in the Warrington Guardian.
Chloe Butterworth said she was organising a charity event to raise cash for the Little Princess Trust but after hearing about four-year-old Jenson’s battle with cancer she decided to support Alder Hey too.
A quiz night at the Monks Club in Woolston helped raise £400 which will be split between the two causes.
Chloe and her two friends Emilly and Laura Carters are also currently growing their hair to have it cut for The Little Princess Trust, which provides wigs for children with cancer.
