INSPECTOR Robert Dickinson, from Warrington West NPU, has revealed anti-social behaviour continues to be a high priority in the Great Sankey area.
He adds in the past month, ‘officer visibility’ has been increased around Dakota Park in Chapelford to deter further incidents.
Insp Dickinson added: “Officers have spoken to a number of youths based on reports sent in. “Four youths were stopped on the play park and their details taken as they were lighting aerosol cans.
“A group of youths were also in possession of cannabis in the area of ‘Our Wood’.
“There had been reports of youths going to this location in large numbers and Cheshire Police will be monitoring the area.”
