Pupils restore and paint a school’s play area in Ecuador during their previous challenge
STAFF at Penketh High School have now launched their next ‘World challenge expedition’ trip after a successful visit to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands.
Pupils will now be raising cash for a month-long stay in Cambodia and Laos in 2015 through car boots, fashion shows and race nights over the coming months.
In the summer students from the school restored and painted a school’s play area and supported the locals building a seating area around their sports court in Ecuador before spending time in the Amazon jungle and meeting giant tortoises in the Galapagos Islands.
