A MUM of three cannot believe her luck after she was crowned the winner of the Key 103 Start Up competition.
Nicola Kelly, from Paddington, said it was ‘like a dream come true’ to win the top prize, which will help kick start her new interior design and boutique shop, The Willow Tree.
The 30-year-old, who was left homeless after her house was repossessed at the age of 22, has never given up on her dream of opening up her own business.
Determined Nicola said: “I broke down in tears when I found out. It was a complete shock.”
Nicola discovered her fate live on radio and said it was the ‘best feeling ever’ to find out she had won.
The nail technician, who plans to open her new business on Green Lane, is excited to see what the future holds.
