PLANS to turn an industrial unit in Howley into an indoor skate park have been resubmitted.
The proposal, from Xzone Urban Sports Ltd, had previously been withdrawn but now it is once again bidding for planning permission.
The application is for Unit 7, Parkdale Industrial Estate, on Wharf Street, and would see the likes of ramps and incliners for BMX, scooter and skateboarders to enhance their skills.
The company already runs a mobile skatepark in the borough but is looking for a permanent base.
