A FLOODED gate to Paddington Meadows is causing concerns to residents.
Poor drainage at the access gate to the New Cut Lane canal footbridge and meadows means it is becoming blocked.
It is used regularly by dog walkers. Concrete slabs have been put down as a temporary fix, but Poulton with Fearnhead Parish Council says it is not safe. Clr Ian Johnson, chairman, is calling on Warrington Borough Council to address the problem.
