Officers went to the address on Hoyle Street at 5pm on Tuesday.
They recovered the plants after being passed on information by residents.
Police say no one has yet been arrested, with enquiries ongoing.

“The policing team is committed to working with people to tackle the issues that really matter to them.
“Suspected drug related activity in the area has been highlighted and, in response to concerns raised, we have stepped up patrols in the area.
