Traffic chaos on Chester Road in Higher Walton - come on WG at least use a picture of the actual scene rather than a pic taken outside DFS on Mersey St.

Or was it too much to ask to send someone out to get wet?

I went past this location just after Sunday lunchtime and again about 6pm. The situation wasnt helped by what appeared to be water being pumped onto the main carriageway as it approached a dip BUT cars were running past the "flood" in both direction. I wonder if the chaos was caused by experts imposing traffic management.
