FEAR not for your festive dining choices with friends and family this Christmas.

You can check the ratings of eateries across the borough through the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme by The Food Standards Agency, in conjunction with Warrington Borough Council.

Clr David Keane, executive board member for environment, and public protection, said: “When dining out, you’ll choose to go to a place where you like the food and you know you’ll have a good time. It makes sense to look before you book and check out the food hygiene rating as well.”

The ratings can be found online at food.gov.uk/ratings, via a free phone app, or on distinctive green and black rating stickers that businesses are encouraged to display.
