RESIDENTS in Culcheth are increasingly concerned about high congestion and irresponsible driving in the areas around Twiss Green Primary School.

Clr Chris Vobe says he will hold meetings to make sure action is taken.

He added: “Speeding cars are a serious health hazard and, particularly in an area where parents walk their children to school in the morning, action needs to be taken before there is a fatality.
