MARTINE McCutcheon is hoping for her 'perfect moment' in Warrington.

The singer, former EastEnders actor and Loose Women panellist is making her music industry comeback with her first album of original music in more than 15 years.

Her record, Lost and Found, will be out on August 11 after the release of her single, Say I’m Not Alone, on July 7.

Martine will be reconnecting with fans with a show at the Parr Hall on Sunday, November 12, as part of a five-date tour.

Now a 41-year-old married mum, Martine said it felt like the right time to return to the studio.

Martine has co-written most of the songs on the new album with her husband, the multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Jack McManus.

The album is said to be a deeply personal record that deals with everything from relationships to Martine's chronic fatigue syndrome that saw her unable to work.

She said: “Life brought this album about very gradually. It was a really unconscious thing. I started writing the songs at a time in my life when I’d lost everything.”

Martine first found fame as Tiffany Mitchell in Eastenders, before releasing her platinum-selling debut solo album, You, Me and Us, in 1999 which contained the number one single, Perfect Moment.

In 2003, Martine memorably played Natalie in ‘Love Actually’ before reprising the role for a one-off Comic Relief special earlier this year.
