MAXIMO Park are celebrating their 10th anniversary of their first album with a special tour in November.
The Newcastle band will be celebrating a decade since the release of their debut, A Certain Trigger, by playing the record in its entirety, along with a special selection of single tracks and rarities.
Maxïmo Park formed in 2001 and their five albums have sold in more than 2.5 million copies including three top 10 records achieving double platinum, platinum and silver in the UK.
The five-piece are renowned for their energetic live shows and their last sold-out UK tour came last year in support of their fifth album, Too Much Information.
The 10th anniversary of A Certain Trigger will also be marked with a limited vinyl edition as well as 'missing songs' from October 30.
This will include B-sides and demos from sessions in 2005 which have been re-mastered.
Maxïmo Park will also be sharing one of these rarities every week leading up to the 10th anniversary shows on their official website.
Currently on the site you will find the original recording of Signal and Sign, the opening track from A Certain Trigger and the demo of Now I’m All Over The Shop.
Maxïmo Park play at Albert Hall in Manchester on November 18 and tickets on on sale at 9am this Friday.
There will also be a special vinyl and ticket pre-order bundle available from gigst.rs/Maximo
