I CAN’T believe this is my last column and all the fun festive in Warrington is nearly over.
What a great few weeks it’s been.
It all started with the Christmas lights switch on at Golden Square, and then we had the magnificent lantern parade and all the great shows at Parr Hall like The Rat Pack, The Stylistics and Ken Dodd.
But while Santa and all the elves and reindeers are getting ready for Christmas Eve, there’s still a few more things going on in town before we all tuck into our turkeys.
I can’t wait for Friday when Warrington Male Voice Choir bring their Christmas Brass performance to Parr Hall and if you can’t make it, they’re performing Saturday too.
They’ll also be more festive singing at the market carol service at 11am on Saturday. And if carols aren’t your thing, then don’t miss a whole lot of laughs at Christmas Comedy Store at Pyramid.
Don’t forget to leave a parsnip out for my pal Rudolph on Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas!
