DOROTHY DAVIES (Nee Parkin) Gill, Alan, Andrew, John and family would like to thank all friends, carers and medical staff that have been involved in Dorothy's care prior to her death on 12th August aged 85 years. In particular, thanks go to Dorothy's carer Cheryl, from Home Instead, Emma her CPN from the Memory Clinic, the staff of B12 (the Forget me not ward) and Summerville Nursing Home for their excellent palliative care. Also, to Maddock's Funeral Services for the arrangement of Dorothy's funeral held on 18th August. Extra special thanks go to Rev Jackie Bellfield and two very dear friends John and Jen Stubbings for their fantastic support. Donations in memory of Dorothy were for the Forget me not ward at Warrington Hospital
