HILDA JEAN GRIFFITHS Widow of the late ALAN CLIFFORD GRIFFITHS Jean passed away peacefully on 4th August in Warrington Hospital aged 90 years. Jean was a much loved mother to Val and Diane, she will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered. Jean was a former chorister at St James Church. She was an active member of Warrington Lady Freemasons and a local magistrate for 30 years. Jean also had starring roles with the Co-Operatic Society in the 1950s. Funeral service will take place at St James Church Wilderspool on Thursday 23rd August at 2.00pm followed by committal at Walton Lea. The family have requested no flowers, but donations in memory of Jean for the Alzheimer's Society will be gratefully received. All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare, Stockton Heath Tel: 01925 262000
