DEREK CHADWICK Sadly passed away on the 7th August 2018, aged 81. Derek will be deeply missed by his loving wife Kath, family and friends. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 22nd August 2018 at Walton Lea Crematorium at 11.40am. All flowers welcome and donations if desired to Alzheimers Society.
