MALCOLM COOK Passed away peacefully on 13th October 2017 aged 74 years he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday October 25th at 2017 at Walton Lea Crematorium at 12-20pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St Rocco's Hospice.
