WALTER MCWHIRTER Sadly passed away at Warrington Hospital on 31st August 2017 aged 88 years and he is now thankfully at peace. Walt will be greatly missed by his heartbroken wife Renee, devoted sons Trevor and Ian, daughters-in-law Sue and Carol, grandchildren Chris, Kate, Liam and Laura, great-grandchildren Becky, Emily, Abbie and Luke, sister Fay, and many lifelong friends and neighbours. The funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 19th September at Walton Lea Crematorium at 11.00am The family has requested no flowers and any donations people may wish to make in memory of Walt will be directed to a local charity.
