WILLIAM BELL "Billy'' Passed away peacefully on Thursday 13th July 2017 at Warrington General Hospital with his loving family at his side aged 77 years. Devoted husband to Joan, loving dad to Benny, Anna, Billy, Stephen & Paula. A beloved granddad and brother. He will be sadly missed by his family & friends.
