PAT FITZPATRICK (nee Lowe) Passed away peacefully at St Rocco’s Hospice, on Thursday 13th October 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Loving mother to Robert and Neil. Devoted Nana to her Grandchildren Aimee, Olivia, Elle, Robert, Imogen and Charlie. Loving sister to Peter, Kath, Marie, Josie, Karen and Jeanette. Pat will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at St Alban’s RC Church Bewsey Street, Warrington on Thursday 27th October at 10.30 am followed by interment at Fox Covert Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
