JEFFREY WHALLEY (JEFF) May 15th 2016. Passed away peacefully at home aged 74 years. Dearly loved husband of Eileen, loving dad to Mark and Neil, much loved grandad to Adam, Shaun and Daniel and great grandchildren. Family flowers only, donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation. The funeral service will take place at Widnes Crematorium on Tuesday 31st May 2016 at 11.30am.
