PAT BIRD Peacefully passed away on Sunday 21st June 2015. Pat will be dearly missed by all her loving family, friends and Walter the dog. The Celebration of Life Service will take place on Tuesday, 30th June 2015 at Walton Lea Crematorium commencing 3:40pm.
