EVELYN WORTHINGTON Sadly passed away on 17th October 2014 at home, aged 82 years. Evelyn will be deeply missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 4th November 2014 at St. Elphins Church at 11.15am followed by committal at Walton Lea Crematorium at 12.20.
