JON VAUGHAN Passed away suddenly but peacefully at Clatterbridge Hospital on, Tuesday 2nd September 2014, aged 44 years. Jon will be sadly missed by his Partner Collette, Children Summer & Ashton, Mum Sheila, Dad Keith, Sister Joanna, Brother in Law John and all of his family & friends. A celebration of Jon’s life will take place at Walton Lea Crematorium on Monday 15th September 2014 at 2:20pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Cancer Research.
